Thanks guys. It took a lot of work and patience but she came out pretty decent. Now I just gotta get stuff like ball joints, tie rods, axle, swinger etc changed out on it so its perfect! Lol. And maybe another pipe and definitely my PJ38 that's just hanging out here... It needs more air

Yea they help alot when you put the aftermarket ones in. It was night and day difference when i put the boyesen rad valve in with my old fmf setup.I just ported the heck out of it to run with the Scpipe. It made a big difference porting the rad out with the pipes top end.

No, that is pure Pennsylvania mud from right outside of Corry. This is West Virginia dirt.
I'm not sure what kind of swing arm that is. I bought an 86 with a couple hundred hole drilled in the frame. I think he wanted to make it lighter, or maybe he had a death wish. He was on track for both.
I sold all the parts except the swing arm and the frame. Swing arm for me and the frame for scrap (parts money).
I love the round carrier. If I have my way, I'll never use the box carrier again.

Mine snapped 2 swingers with the RM engine. The factory 85-86 is WEAK.

I learned to leave the beer alone until ALL the nuts and bolts are tight. Todd got a kick out of it.

VooDoo, the stock 85 86 swinger is very weak but has the round carrier and for those counting calories, its
the lightest stock swinger. The one I have is steal. Don't care how much it weighs as long as it won't break and
it has the round carrier. 5 minute chain adjustment compared to 15 to 20 with the box carrier.

They always say 'get a 4 stroke' I ask 'why? im as fast as you, lighter than you and i dont feel the need to work out my left thumb on them sissy switches to get mine started.'...lol.....we have fun down here in OK! I just can't wait till I get the Hybrid up n running!

Some of these bikes are simply beautiful. Makes me sad mine looks like clunker.
But heres mine, she has no motor now due to MHR scamming me of my motors. This is the day i picked her up, she came looking this way. With plans to restore her. Sadly will probably not happen now.
