Dave from Fullerton Sand Sports, asked me to put a quad together for him LOL almost 6 to 7 months ago, I been so freaking busy at the shop, been working on it here and there, tried even to get my kid to help, Im getting her finished this weekend with help of good friend to finish this project and move on to the DCS-5 or #6 pipes, some pics, dont know if i posted these on the site or not?
Daves went with a Silver Powder Coat, looks very nice, he went with Fire Ball A Arms Plus 2" forward 1" and a Plus 2" Swing Arm, Yes those are Ohlins front and rear shocks

Engine is a Tudors/Q engine, VForce 2 Reeds - 41 PWK - a Plated DCS-4 exhaust and polished silencer, Dales IMS foot pegs Front and Rear Stainless Steel Lines

Have some small stuff to finish, and will post more pics, wiring for his headlights, chain, plastic and so on, we should be done with this pretty quick, like to go through and re adjust the front end, and get the blue lock tight out , Dave went all out and bought OEM plastic front rear and hood, going to be a very sharp quad!
FYI, Dave asked me to take the RXQ off the cylinder, I like it there.........

FYI, Dave just informed me that he will be getting his LT500 in a ATV Rider magazine up in Dune Fest, so we are switching out the DCS-4 for the DCS-5 Proto Type

DCS-4 is plated, the DCS-5 is Raw

Dave is using New OEM plastic Front and Back, and I am not liking how close to the rear fender is to the silencer pipe, I taken the quad and my DCS-5 for a perfect fitting at my pipe mfg, some quick cutting, a twist and reweld is going to make it to good to go, then the pipe will get an acid bath and gun oil washing.
