Went out and measured my stock spring on my rear shock. The nut is completely tightened on the shock body to try and stiffen the shock back up (BLOWN) and with the pre-load nut completely tightened the stock spring is 8 3/4" long. I think that spring will decompress at least a half inch. So this blue spring, that I'm believing to be a Works piece, is I THINK at LEAST half an inch shorter than the stock spring. Which is GREAT because I hate how tall my bike is in the rear!

Oh and in case y'all didn't know the front shocks and rear spring are now spoken for

Thanks GrkGuy. I still haven't received 13robbs information I needed, but will still run to the post office tomorrow and mail it all out. I am excited to see these parts go out to people on here. Now I've decided to sell the frame off the 88'. I'll get some pictures of it on here for you guys to see. I'm not sure what else I'm going to need off my 88' for my 86' that I'm going to put together. I'm planning on trying to use the 88' swinger, shock ect., on the 86' cause it's a stronger swinger. So if I can do that, I'll sell of the 86' swinger as well as the other components I won't need after making the conversion. Until I actually convert the a arms on my 86' to these 88' ones I have, I won't sell the 86' a arms or shocks. I haven't decided if I want to keep the spindles and brakes off the 86' when I remove them. If they can be used on the 88' spindles, I should probably keep them as spares. If the foot pegs off my 88' will work for my 86', I will take off my 86' foot pegs and sell them.  I want to keep the gas tank from the 88, as long it will work on an 86' since I've been known to flip and roll it attempting something too ambitious. You just never know when you may get a hole or worse. I know I have some extra plastics laying around so ill sort out what I have, need and then get pics up. I have a new set of silver handle bars that's on my 86' that I don't want cause my 88' handle bars are blue anodized aluminum with better machining to them. I believe I have a couple thumb throttles, one that came off my 88' is definitely used but seems just fine when you push it in. I never got to ride it so I don't know and I believe I may have an extra new one also. I still have the pipe for sale off my 88'. I now have four sets of tires on rims for these beasts and will sell a set likely. The 86 hubs and axle splines are heavily worn with quite a bit of play between the two. if you hold the axle and rotate the tire back and forth with it off the ground there is probably a quarter inch to half inch play. I assume this is what worn out ones are like anyways but if for some reason if one of you guys want it, just let me know. I rode on it all the way up until last fall and never had any issues with it while riding. I just don't think there is a whole lot of life left in it, that's all. so if you guys could let me know what parts will or will not work on my 86' I will be one step closer to helping you. I m pretty sure everybody that has had dealings with me so far has been very happy with the prices and I appreciate your guys help with everything.

Ouch!
I don't see any blood dripping on the floor, C-collar around your neck, or an I.V bag hanging plumbed into your arm. That's always a good thing!

Broken Collar Bone on the right shoulder. It had been raining and there was leaves all over the pavement which provided excellent drifting! I was sliding in third on asphalt. Hit four and she grabbed. I steered into it all the way and clutched, then the front end just shot the other direction and rolled. I got slammed  into the concrete on my right shoulder and broke the collar bone about an inch from the shoulder.  Thank god I had my helmet on. My head hurt but only till I was able to feel my shoulder.  Some guys riding with me took me to get my van, then loaded it for me. I didn't even know them.  Thank god they were around and helped otherwise I would have had to leave it. The handle bars got bent down and a small dent on the gas tank. I'm going to leave it parked till I can ride it in the dunes this spring. I knew this thing was fast but I really had no idea. It's a horrible trail bike but I'm sure it'll do better in the sandbox where I have more room.  My brother recommended a cam, and pipe on the honda 450R. I told him he is out of his mind.

You're telling me. Lol maybe it's somebody's way of telling me to slow down, & be a little more responsible and have a little more respect for these quads. I took a 10 year pause n riding, and have forgotten just how dangerous they can be when treated with disregard. Lesson learned.... Again.

I just got back from the post office, got everything mailed out except for Dangerous Powers fmf silencer. Apparently the U.S parcel service doesn't have a box to ship it. But I still got his thumb throttle mailed.

Josh, got the heel guards mailed along with the middle pipe for that fmf silencer. Shipping was $24.74. Take off $10

Chuckle Cheese, your shipping was $25.89, got the two shocks and rear spring sent. Take off $10

DP, $4.62, black steel suzuki thumb throttle sent. Free shipping

Dale, yours was $3.43, sprocket cover sent. Free shipping

DP , silencer will be mailed on Monday. Wife got called into work this morning, and I'm in no condition to drive. I'm sorry about that.

I really don't know where to begin with these parts. What are you guys needing? Anything off the 88' is going except handle bars and thumb throttle. All bearing should be considered shot. I have gas tank fmf pipe, extra sets of wheels, nerd bars shocks a arms swinger frame radiator headlight assembly, brakes,

If you are just needing the swingarm body and none of the other pieces like shock, axle carrier, brake assy., axle hubs...

Ps it doesn't have a plastic chain guard buffer slide thingy.  The previous owner rode it without it and subsequently put small grooves in the aluminum towards the front of it. There is a crack on the right swingarm bolt housing however I believe these can be taken to a machine shop and be welded.  I want to give you a good price cause of your repair costs too. The cheapest on fleabay was $180 plus ride. I'm comfortable with ride + $70. That leaves $110 by comparison to get it welded at a shop. I'm not too sure what others are selling theirs for on here, but if I'm high on my number, just let me know. We have to start somewhere.
