Went out and measured my stock spring on my rear shock. The nut is completely tightened on the shock body to try and stiffen the shock back up (BLOWN) and with the pre-load nut completely tightened the stock spring is 8 3/4" long. I think that spring will decompress at least a half inch. So this blue spring, that I'm believing to be a Works piece, is I THINK at LEAST half an inch shorter than the stock spring. Which is GREAT because I hate how tall my bike is in the rear!
