HPR pipe makes more power, like the saying goes you get what you pay for. I will take a quality pipe and pay a few bucks more than a pipe that makes less power and made in a garage with guess work.

Wow.  DCS was never made to compete with halls or Q's pipe.  Was for the budget builder that wanted better quality than the AAEN had to offer (and Power).   Testing results were just better than expected.  Garage build?  Do you even know who built this pipe?
