with all the springs holding pipe together. and can i ask why are there so many rivets in the silencer.
instead of rivets why cant you have them put bolts in it, sure would make it easy to change packing.
drilling out rivets sucks, imo so how many of these are going to be for sale
John, this was only the Prototype Pipe and Silencer, the next batch will have machined bolts, not rivets, as for the look its just the way the pipe design came out.
This batch of pipes are bit more costly this time around, all metal is lazer cut than template hand cut, use of Stainlees Steel in the mid pipe, the modified exhaust flange adds to the new cost, plus the prep work for plating if needed.
Looking to start selling next month, looking at $650 (RAW) shipped comes with OEM Silencer Rubber Bushings and Spacers, If any one wants the silencer polished or plated thats extra cost, we are only making 10 pipes, only 8 are available at this time, I will be taking deposits around the 20th, all transactions will be through Pay Pal, shipping of finished Pipes and Silencers should be around the 15th- 20th of next month.
This could be the last batch of DCS pipes I make, I been playing with this project over a year and time to get the new projects up and going.
