Best pipe, like said above is personal opinion.

I can only speak to where I have personal experience.

Started with a PT Mid pipe.  Good pipe for stock, slightly modified bike.  Good power low and to the mid range, OK on the top end, but nothing special. Older pipe, all black, and probably rusty unless re-finished.  Good pipe for trails and all around.

PT Mid range (came with the bike when I bought it):

Q v1 pipe.  So, so low end, Ok in the mid range, but hits hard on the top end.  Allows almost 9k on the overrev.  Nickle plated and very shiny.  Good looking pipe, molded stamped finish.  Some have experienced cracks where the pipe mounts to the frame, I did not have this issue.  Good pipe for drag racing and OK for general dune riding.

Q-Pipe when I sold it (used about 12 months by me and was used to begin with):

HPR#19 pipe.  With my Q Hot Rod Dune porting, the Hall pipe did not have the 9k overrev, but topped out on power at about 7800 and overrev'ed to 8200.  Raw pipe, hand built.  Great pipe for all around dune riding, and can be used for all out drag racer (with a drag racer build).

HPR#19

I liked the Q pipe, but it did not fit what I wanted for my Zilla.  I wanted a raw pipe with more low/mid grunt.  The HPR met my needs.  Expensive, yes, but it was worth the cost to me to get the performance I wanted out of my Zilla and to match the look I wanted for my build (low bling).
