What I would do if I were you is to convert over to LTZ-400 spindles & hubs since you mentioned that you was already considering new A-arms.The new arms could be made to accept the LTZ stuff, which is alittle beefier than the stock LT parts, and you won't need to mess with those pesky pinch bolts either.

That would be perfect cause these parts are ridiculously hard to find. I had a pinch bolt made at fasten all, mind you the head of the bolt was huge and it was threaded all the way down the bolt, it cost about $15... For just 1 pinch bolt! I just bought all new upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends, but I think I'll just remove it all and sell it. Then buy extended a arms, tie rods, spindle, hub, caliper, brake lines and master cyclinder. And brake pads lol this is turning out to be more involved than I first thought. Oh I forgot the new shocks f-ck!

you can't be looking to hard.  lower pinch bolts are easy to get.  order them from suzuki, not expensive either.  $3 a piece.

09100-10225  bolt need 2

08321-0110A  lock washer  need 2

should be no more than $10 for all 4 parts.  if you already have all the parts this is the cheapest way for you.   fastenall is a rip off.  over priced and have to buy in lots of 10 or more.  thats how the place near me is.

you have to use the correct bolt with a body.  a bolt with full theads is not strong enough to hold the joint.  the body of the bolt fits in a recess in the joint which keeps the joint from falling out.  i used a threaded bolt years ago and the joint would keep falling out.  the theads are not hard and wear. not a fun experience going over the bars.
