Pipes should always be sealed with a good high temp gas resistant rtv sealant... A plug chop will tell you how your running on top. I ran a 230 main and a 32 pilot in my 34mm carb when I had it on last year.. But every bike is different, depending on motor work, head setups, pipes, reeds, filters, airbox or no airbox. Every little change can affect jetting. Also elevation like your saying. Along with temperature. You have to match your Jettinf to your motor. Some guys might have similar setups and could get you their "recommendations" but honestly you need to just put a brand new plug in. Get the bike and pipe nice and hot riding it around trough the gears, than take it on a long top end run hold it wide open throttle pull clutch in and kill it.. Let it coast to stop and pull plug. The porcelain down inside should be nice and brown. If it's wet and black it's rich, it should be nice brown color. There are pretty detailed descriptions on plug chops in the engine section of the forum. Your bike sounds like it's running good tho..
