Did you mess with slide height  how many turns you have the air fuel screw

sounds like you might have got some dirt in carb, ran fine then it quit after you ran out of fuel.
clean carb again. try to blow air through all ports.

What do you mean by slide height? Air screw is 2 turns out. Had the carb apart about 5 times now cleaning it and checking for anything that could block the passage ways. It's a stock carb with the main jet 200 pilot 50

Not sure what you mean by top or bottom end but once I go to give it more than 1/4 throttle it just boss and doesn't really go anywhere. I am new and don't know a whole lot obviously so sorry for not knowing what your asking.

If it bogs at high rpm or low is what I call top and bottom end others might call it different.try changing your plug or at least check it

Oh ok got it. Ya it's more at high rpms. The spark plug was new but have not check it since this has happened. I'll get out there to get it in a minute.

I kinda had the same issue. I ran out of fuel and wouldnt start. Granted it sat for awhile and came to the conclusion that when it ran out, all the dirt that has been floating around in the tank and decided to run into the carb. When i took it apart it looked like hell.
