86 suzuki lt250 sputtering and bogging out please help

• Not sure what you mean by top or bottom end but once I go to give it more than 1/4 throttle it just boss and doesn't really go anywhere. I am new and don't know a whole lot obviously so sorry for not knowing what your asking.
