I suggest starting off with the smallest (cheapest) light in his store.
The single LED rock crawler flood light comes in at $45, and it should have the same electronics as the big ones because it uses the same CREE LED.

So far you guys have $30 pledged to the experiment, with only $15 to go.
I can do the test but I'll need to O/H my top end beforehand (planning on it in the next few weeks anyway).
However, I don't have any special equipment for the test, and anyone with an LT could splice the LED into the headlight wiring and accomplish the same thing.
For that matter, anyone with an old school 12V AC lighting system could test it out (banshee/blaster/250R/etc.) provided the voltage regulator is still in good shape.
Easy enough to tell, if your headlight isn't blowing out every time you hit the switch, your regulator is probably working fine...and the LED is capable of handling 32V, so I doubt there would be any problem in any case.

I'd kick an extra $5 but I'm payin for a wedding at the moment. Lets not forget about shipping and the 3.5% PayPal fee so $53.82 should be the total unless the 3.5% doesn't apply to the shipping then it will be $53.58 grand total.

Dez once you get everything hooked up to test you need to make a video if possible and post it. Or at least take pictures but I like video better! Lol thanks again for taking this test on so we all will know if we can get better lights for our bikes!

Do you guys have enough money and somebody on here has to either know or has done business with Chris in the past.

I did get a PM from him about a week a go saying ratterrier was bringing a bike down to his place to test it on since since he does not have a 2 stroke to test it on.

Maybe PM/email ratterrier for Chris's phone number

Maybe who ever ships in gets their contribution off the price of a light if/when they purchase one.....what do ya say Chris?

DEZSLED--when you order the light let us know if you order a wide or a spot beam. I am curious if for our atv's which is better.

I ordered the spot beam... In my experience that's what worked best. Being able to see what's ahead instead of to the side was preferable.
