thanks John,

business has been crazy with the holidays and I guess everyone is trying to get them in by the big day.
I've met a lot of pretty ladies buying for their significant others the past 2 weeks, lol.

If anyone needs anything, let me know, I just reached out to the UAE and UK and you should be seeing my product on all the support vehicles at the KOH, King of Hammers pretty soon.

I made my own using aluminum and a $3 dollar strip of SMD LED's. Its longer than what you sell. Cost was 8 dollars. Your taking some of the sheen off my build! Now every 12 year old kid is going to do this to there blaster. Thanks a lot!   (pg) (pg) (pg) (pg) (pg)  Im sorry I feel this way, but I have nothing else to say about this thread.

Amazing, and that was probably a blinding 15W worth of low lumen scattered light, right?

I cant be right all the time. I made a mistake I see. I want to fix it. Im sorry but I was mixed up w the term "light bar" did not see the pictures or link......Your gear is the nicest I have seen, from the best kind of retailer. I want to be firm on that. Bravo!
Beautifull headlights/driving lights/ exterior illumination.
I am really wanting something SMALL and readilly mountable for the front corners. The 4 pot lights look great for that. Does it state the running wattage on your webpage?

I really wish someone would experiment, because there's strong evidence that they'll work with a bone stock zilla's AC lighting.
Flipside, that's a lot of money to "experiment" with when the manufacturer states DC only.

Texas----Me too.  Lazerstar states their led lights will work fine AC or DC.  I dont know anything about electronics but if one LED works on either....wouldnt another LED?  Im sure its not that simple.   These LED lights are priced better than the lazerstar LED's.  If they worked I would put one on my zilla, but I too dont want to drop that coin in a "TEST".

You're going to do a test on an AC system with the 250?

yes, it already has 2 led pod lights retrofitted to lazerstar housings, I got the bike, will be trying this weekend hopefully.

So you might have straight replacement pods for Hallogen MR16 bodies that run off straight AC?

How many lumens are they?

That'd be great

Not a fan of the OEM reflector at all.
The pattern really sucks!
Seems that an LED would be wasted in that application.
You'd get more light out there and do it cheaper than a light bar, but the LED's potential would suffer.
Same situation with retrofitted HID's on cars, more light but not as good as a housing designed for them.
A new housing that would fit as a direct OEM replacement, totally different story...

Any results on the Pods?
I'd imagine that the pods are pretty low lumens?

What I'm really interested in a 8 inch light bar around 3K lumens that works off AC, specifically 130W stator at a good price no $300 RIGID or Laser Star.

That would be quite a hot seller if you had this.

Shoot, anything that you could bolt on and get 3K lumens on AC would sell like crazy!
I wouldn't even care if it looks like a dog crapped it out on my handlebars so long as the light was good and the price was right.

I finally got the bike in, and it has 4 pod led lights on it, and they work fine, but it will be a few days, I ran out of room in the garage and had to put it in storage with my crew cab for a while, but I'll get back over this weekend. I have new mounts coming that I am waiting on, should be here by friday.

What about the 6 inch double row you have in your store, it's 2,880 lumens that is close enough for me, the price is right, and the size is right.

Can you test this light and see if it works on AC?
http://okledlightbars.webs.com/apps/webstore/products/show/3462190

What are the specs of this light:
Hight: ?
Width: 6"
Depth: ?
Watts: ?
Lumens: 2,880
Voltage: 9-32V DC

Thanks
Chris
