I'd do the 500 but then again the first 500 I saw in person I bought. Running with new tires all the way around for $1500. I'd offer the dude with the 500 $1300-$1400 cash show up wit the cash after you go through it. 9 times out of 10 when people see the cash right in front of them they'll take the deal. Heck I am halfway done with my 500 and I did a complete ground up resto and got port work all the reliability mods and a Q pipe and will have right around $3500-$4000 all said and done. Of course that's on the cheap side cause I didn't go all out on a lot of stuff. Now I'm halfway done I want to buy a 450 sell the motor sell the frame for my 500 and put my 500 motor in a new 450 frame and suspension. Might keep my eye out for a cheap 400ex and a cheap cr500 engine or bike though and make that my hybrid.
