OK, here's a pic as promised!
I wiped some dirt off it so you could see how clear the window stayed after 12hrs of run time.
She still looks brand new, and you can easily see powervalve stuff in there!
Just a tiny bead of ultra gray was needed to seal it (the gasket tore when I took the old one off), and it doesn't leak or weep at all.
I guess the only recommendation I have for this cover is either to move the window half a radius to the right or make the window a little bigger.
Other than that, SWEET!
Bike is in the shop now, going to try out a custom RDZ OOF drag pipe as soon as I figure out how to mount it up.
Probably need to clean the bike while I'm at it LOL

ROBB you have any interest in doing a CF zilla hood in blue and black. Can you do items that big. What would the cost be. depending on cost I want one. also can you carbon fiber leters in--in a different color. Rather than suzuki skickers---can you do suzuki in yello CF.---this would look good and be unique,

I still say a CF reed / carb boot manifold would be awesome!

Thanks for putting a pic up Tex! I did read all the messages, i am working on a mold at the moment. Not too sure when it will be done as time to do this is rather thin @ times thats why i try to stick to the smaller items. With the end of summer in sight my work shop will be cooling off and will allow for more time and effort to go into making some kick ass parts!

Still holding up tex? Im building a few of these in a non windowed form today, i will build some windowed ones this coming week. I plan on moving the window over some, probably radius it a bit, we'll see. Wish i had a milling machine as that would make life easier. But for now its all done by hand. I exact copied the location of the factory window, so blame the engineers @ suzuki on that one lol. Yes, the mold is starting to take some shape for the hoods as well.

I've never seen this thread till just now. How much for a powervalve cover with the window? I want one because it looks cool lol. I could also use another case saver. I think I should get a little deal on the case saver since I was the first one to "test" its abilities on the 500 haha.

I worked a bit today on these. I have 2 non window style powervalve covers that are pretty much done minus final clear coat work, should have them painted in the next couple days. price will be $35.00 each on this style. The windowed style will be more ($50.00) as there is quite a bit more labor time involved to get it right. These prices are for members of sqrhq. Thanks. Robb

Awesome Tex. Wish i could log 30 hrs this coming year on my lt250. Buuuuuut, i have a baby boy on the way, its due 10-28, so probably not a whole bunch of riding time this upcoming season. But im sure it will be worth it.
