I don't have the part in hand so I can't tell how thick it is, thought I'd ask either way.
Figured a washer should do the trick in spreading the load out and preventing any surface damage.


You want to talk about overbuilt carbon fiber, I've got a plane with 1/2" thick carbon fiber skin...no telling how many layers that is!
