Exactly and if he does file they,re all f,d.Sounds like he be preparing for it for awhile,wouldn,t surprise me if he,s been stashing away cash money of the books.When he knows he,s truly sol you can bet he,ll sell whatever is there for any $$$ he can get.seen it happen too many times.Pocketing money coming in and not paying any bills owed when they know the end is near.I don,t know the man or even dealt with him,just my .02 on what I,ve seen first hand in other instances.
