Yet every time you talk to him you are assuming he will change his stripes, or suddenly do the right thing.  The guy is a looser.thief. lier what ever you want to call him.  TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION>>ALL OF YOU. make the drive and get your parts and video with audio you at his place picking up your parts.  He may not have them, he may.  But at least its on video and you will know.  Best case you get parts back.  If you have  paid him for parts and service you will have to take legal action anyway.

Guys--the guy will file for bankrupsy.  Im sure you are not the only one.  Think about it--how long he has been playing this game all over the country.  He is just going to sell any and all parts he has of yours or collect prepayments from everyone he can until it all catches up and he either goes to jail of files bankrupsy.

GO AND GET YOUR STUFF!!
