All im saying is, taking legal action again'st him is better than pointlessly beating his butt so he can press charges on you. So not only did you lose time/money/parts on things you already sent him. Now you want to waste time/money in court defending your actions? Hell if i had that much money to begin with i would of picked a more reputable builder.
I am in no way defending MHR, you all know how i feel. The guy is scum. But i am not lowering my self to his standard to even lift a finger on him. I have other hobbies, where having an arrest on my record would make things very complicated.
But i do agree. I am confused as to why you would want to shake someones hand who just screwed you out of thousands of dollars? Because i lost 3 motors and 200$. I wouldn't shake his hand if my life depended on it.
