The issue is, he took on so much work. Now doesn't even know what belongs to who. He obviously isn't cut out for having his own business.
I will talk with Hayes, i hope he can help me out. He seems like a truly nice guy. Hes wasting his time, and money to help complete strangers out. I don't think its fair to him actually he has to take on the weight of this to help us and Matt out.
But here is the issue i see. Those of you that have paid for labor already, and he didn't do any of the work. What do you do now? If hes broke and has no money? ( But is trading raptor 350's for project muscle cars?) Even if you take a stone to court, you won't get blood from it.
Heres another issue, say Hayes does get our parts. Alright, what Matt claims is our parts. We pay him to ship the parts to us. Turns out the box is missing a mess load of parts? Wouldn't the liability go to Hayes who took the parts from Matt in the first place?
I would tread carefully. I don't want to see anything like this happen.
