Well they did pass the RAMP with option 8 BUT there is a 90 day window and enviro-mental groups are already putting up a stink.  If they protest which I'm sure they will it will go to court and based on the process, it can take up to another 6 months. 

The ASA   just put a bulletin out regarding the possible delays and the process.  You ca join up on their email list if you want to stay involved and informed so you know your rights and when things are happening





Dez; there is no more going to Mexico, that ended years ago from what I've been told.  Now there is a 30ft high fence south of the dunes on the border and lots of patrols where you can't get within 100ft of the fence as a lot of cartels & coyotes where running stuff across down there
