Just don"t try to use a stock oem bearing on hotrod  rod ,the bearing is larger  on hotrod rod then the oem rod. I found this out the hard way when i bought a oem bearing to use on my hotrod rod kit. The hotrod crank pin is the same Id as the oem crank pin. Hot rod done that so they can use the same bearing on pretty much all their kits on the 2 strokes.  I think it has the same width at the big end but the thrust washer that come with with the hot rod kit are taller since the rod hole is bigger. But i had good luck out of mine. I hope this help you.
