Is the small bearing the "button" rides on between the clutch basket and toothed piece the clutch lever shaft pulls in good shape??? I had one that went so bad they actually wore into the stock clutch basket not allowing it to full disengage....Especially just after starting it would creep with the clutch pulled in.
