rear shock bumper
« on: March 21, 2018, 07:54:52 am »
hey guys, I'm getting to rebuild my rear shock and I need to replace the bumper that is inside the spring on the piston.  It is dry rotted and falling apart.  I don't see this part on the schematic.  Know where I can get one or if an aftermarket, or another machine will work?  Thanks for the help

Have you tried contacting an aftermarket shock company like elka?  I dont think suzuki sells those part individually.

I had my shock rebuilt by Race Tech last year and they replaced the bump stop for me. Try giving them a call.

I understand I guess I was looking for one specific to an LT500 but should have been looking for one for a showa shock.  Anybody know where I can get the rubber covers that go over the front shock adjustment knobs?  Thanks again guys!!!
