I wiegh a meer 170 so it would be a little stiff for me. I didnt mind it when we had it on our 400, but my wife could hardly stay on the bike at all, so we swapped the z400 spring for a 400ex spring (direct swap) and it is was a world of change. we also ended up swaping the front pogo sticks for a pair of shocks off a trx 450r and not that z400 handles great for the wife, I would need a little wider a arms to be completely happy with it.
