Do you know if there is any other hub that will fit the rear axle.

I'm not sure how practical it would be but I just saw on line that Diamond J Customs sells a front & rear hub conversion kit for the 80 so you can run your regular Honda pattern wheels.

The screw is idle adjustment. No other adjustment.
Clean the carb (again). Lil dirt in the choke circut prolly.
If it keeps up get a ebay carb. 38 bucks or so.

Unless drag racing, I don't care for the 20mm DG kit. They fall out of the adapter for me.

Well that's all he does wide open from one end of field to other side lol.
Ok so what oil do you use. Cause I just found out klotz r50 is not for oil injection. Nor is the super tech plate.
And I found new top end with everything piston head gaskets $50
That's crazy. R those any good.

I use Torco GP-7 but I pre-mix. I think you should too. Injectors work till they don't then it's money time.
The china kits can be used. I had trouble with 1 piston. Sometimes the ports are 1/2 closed do to molding imperfections.
These kits are about 13 bucks in volume. ( I looked ).
Ya don't get much for 13 bucks IMO. :)

I'm not familiar with the 80. I had a Suzuki 50cc two stroke a few months back and threw the oil injection off and just ran premix. 40:1 Klotz Benol and pump gas. I used a machine screw in the hose to the pump and put two zip ties on it. I assume it would smoke till the oil in the crankcase got used up before it quit smoking so much. Didn't have it long enough to see. Sold it a week or two later.

Oh yea, wide open in the field...
Sounds like a good place to have a stock airbox.  2c

Wait is there something to do to the air box. To give it more.

Nope.
Even with the motor modded I run a stock air box.

Drill a couple 1/4" holes, 3/8" maybe? Little more air flow?

I think it might need a carb. Bike will not idle. I turned that screw and nothing really happened but after he rode it then it would idle high. So I just put it back down, and now he says when he winds it out it falls on its face. So carb is coming off so get cleaned Again. Or order a new one if it does not run right after this.

Like 38 bucks on ebay.
I used to see them at 65 bucks. I got a few and they all were good.
The screw is idle adj. Changing the clip position may help.
See if the pipe is plugged.
O-ring in the insulator (black piece between the carb and reed cage)?
That goofy spark plug cap?
Compression?
Sorry I repeated myself some. :)

Well my kid is spoiled... Got him another bike. Polaris outlaw 90. What's good pipe for this bike. I found hmf performance. Just slip on.. And a big gun evo full exhaust. But this bike has the look fox shocks all the way around aluminium wheels and nerf bars. Looks more like a race bike. And it has the wide stance. Way more safe. But the ole lt80 is still faster. LoL. Any help would be great thanks.

I know it's a turd. But it has reverse lights and a freaking horn. Lol. I am ready to cut those wires too. But what can be done to this one. I bought a hmf slip on. After I got it I found a big gun complete pipe kit for it so might Send back the hmf. But what can be done to this one. I found this air intake. http://www.speedwerxstore.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=2044
And this rev box

What else is out there for this bike.
