« on: November 18, 2012, 04:59:23 pm »
Hallo ever one i am new to the site and i own a 85 lt250r. Well we the front lower ball joint blew out on me one day. So me and my dad and  got the ideal to put a raptor 660 a-arms on it. After doing some measuring and stuff we got them cut and mounted up. The look great on it and widen it a bit to. We also are running honda trx250r pep shock on the front and a raptor 03 raptor shock on the back. Will get and pic up you guys would like to see of it just let me know

Definetly want to see pics.  Did you cut the arms or the mounts on the frame?  Sounds interesting...

pretty interesting. I have a 86 frame and my buddy has a raptor stolen recovery he got from an auction and I was thinking of using the front suspension on that frame. And next thing I notice someone did it.

We finally got her finished up. We pushed it outside and it was kinda cold out. We turned the fuel on and i pumped the kicker like 5 times set the piston at the bottom and kicked it and bam she fired right up after sitten for a year. She pureed like a kittien with that fmf system. I get pics and videos up here in a day or so.

you need all the bushings and sleeves that come with the a-arms and break calibers and break lines. thats about it. its not tha hard to do once you get started on it. It just took me longer becasue parnts got a deviroce and stuff and didnt have money to get parts i need. make sure you have all parts ready to go befor you start on it. you need two raptor rims to fit the front to.

I got my quadracer finally finished. Got to ride it this past Sunday. With the raptor front end and the pep triple rate shock. It rides realy smooth. It does have some issues tho. when i started ridden it it it was leaken fuel out of the overflow. The end of the day i noticed my header where it comes off the motor turned blue. Othere then thoes two issues it ran really smoothly and nice. Here are a few pics of the ride. the first two are right when i got it off the wagon. the secent two are it in action.
