I'm gonna go ahead and point out the obvious you don't travel the wrong way on a one way road. drivers ed 101 or basic common sense. than for him to camp out and frankly thinking he safe to be sitting in the exact area he HIMSELF just came up?? That dude us a freaking idiot.
