Should be passable been 5yrs rupton could answer better, there is a meadow spot and the bathroom spot.. Roads lead to both Meadows obviously grassy, bathroom was rocky gravel some grass.. Not sure on updates rupton88 could answer better...all I knows is watch the pipelines.. Some nice  4-5th gear bowls, some decent hills.. good place to run out a zilla
