thanks for the info. SandFox.  I really wish I could have been there.  It seems like a lot of people are on one side or the other which is too bad.  I was under the assumption that everyone was going to camp together, party together, dune together and then race.  that's how it should be.  If I lost I wouldn't just keep racing either.  I would make another run for sure but from what you said it sounds like Q wanted to race again on Sunday.  I guess I just relate a lot of this to drag racing.  If you loose you are eliminated until the next round of races.  there are qualifying sessions where you make runs, tune and then you get to the finals.  it's a proven system and just because one guy looses one time doesn't mean he won't win the next.  one race doesn't determine who is the best of the best forever.  seems like everyone takes this stuff way too seriously.  these should be friendly battles.  I don't understnad why so many people bring up other issues and hold grudges when reality is that it takes the fun out of riding/racing.   

If more people thought like you we wouldn't be having all this disrespectful BS floating around right now.
