The race sounds grueling. How would you even begin to train for it? A nice 25 mile jog, a couple hours of laps in the pool. 500 push ups. 500 sit ups. And then 10 hours on the track or in the woods. Followed by 10 miles on a bicycle. A few, 6 months on that everyday:)
