opinions on LED (LRD)

just picked up an all stock 87, wanna build an all around duner. LED is local for me and Arlan said he would build me a pipe. never dealt with him before, opinions? or i can wait for next year for a HPR 19. probably gonna look into some porting soon also. should i trust him to build me a quality reliable zilla?
