just got my AAEN pipe all mounted up and ready to ride. coming from a PT pipe to this, the gains up top was well worth what i paid for it. definitely pulls harder than the PT, im excited to see how much it improved my 300' time at the end of the month!!! the fitment was not too bad, had to do some tweaking but never had to cut and reweld the mid pipe like some have. just thought id share this and heres a pic of it mounted up

That Aaen pipe looks like its better produced, the welds look hammered & rolled compared to the one I've seen.
How did it fit? Any "modifications" to it?
since my quad didnt have the rubber pipe mounts when i bought it, and one of the mount bolts was seized in the frame, i had to make my own pipe brackets to bolt it to the frame. the mid pipe comes a bit close to the frame right where it connects to the silencer, but the silencer bolted up nicely. and yea it does look like the welds were hammered down or done better than some ive seen. only real complaint i have is where the silencer couples to the mid pipe is a bit loose.
ive got the same exhaust, ceramic coated... fit was good on mine, the only thing was that one of the silener mounting holes doesnt line up.. your exhaust looks great man!! Looking forward to hearing your ride review, and if there is actually any difference in your 300 time just from a change of exhaust from the PT you had on prior.
Nice, looking forward to the review as well.
I see alot of lbs to be lost on that bike to go with the better pipe. i sent you a message a while back drag did you get my #?
They may have hammered the welds a bit, but it still looks like there's a lot of hard angles for the first 3 or 4 bends.
Are you by chance running lean?
Your header pipe looks really blue...
Gillio read his post.
I did, Ninja editing strikes again. Bet you didn't see his reply before it was inserted into the original post.
I read the thread before anyone posted in it and I saw the comments about fitment my first read through.
Would you like a gold star then?
I'd prefer a cookie but as long as the gold star is a button and not a sticker I'll take it!
Not sure what happened. Could have swore there was a second post on it. IDK maybe i'm mistaken. who cares
i don't find the welds to be any different than pipes from a couple years ago
The areas where the welds are blended in better not as angular/choppy.

http://www.aaenperformance.com/Acces_P4.aspThe pipes performance speaks for itself, I heard its a very strong top end pipe good choice
Just FYI on buying a coned pipe, some pics , I have some of my DCS-4 cut open, I will take some pic of the inside to show whats done inside a cone pipe.
