Yes 21-7-10 is front wheel

Now that is stock size. Most guys run a tire in the rear that is smaller than the front.  You will have better control of bike. But remember when you use a smaller tire the swinger gets pretty low to the ground. 
I run 21 in front and a 20 and 18 in the rear for dirt.
