take the stator cover off,

black/red to black/white = 376 ohm

blue to black/white = 120ohm

look at top of stator bracket you will see a stamp mark and then look on case you will see a arrow head
make sure they are lined up straight. check ground for rust or bad connection, or any **** wires. and if you up plug
key switch bike will still start.
