The only hard part is putting the motor together.
I start with the front end. When connecting the lower ball joint to the spindle block, make sure to take the bolt out of the spindle block. Loosening it is not enough.
Next is the motor and the swing arm. Don't have to use the head motor mount brackets. Most recommend that you don't use them.
During this step, I put a jack under the frame under the motor area on the cross member.
Next, put on the controls, electronics, radiator, seat brackets, and any other small hardware.
Get a color wiring diagram and take the time to make sure all of the connections are tight.
Make sure the motor fires before you attach the gas tank and install the plastic. No sense in having to take it off if you have to chase wiring issues.
If you have any problems during assembly, post pics and ask questions. It really is easy once you get started. Just take you time and make sure every thing is tight.
Do you have a photo bucket account? That is the easiest way to post pics.
