i think the hood and shocks should be swapped out likely. the axle maybe just needs to be chromed/ the stock axle is very strong being 40mm.  i like my chromed dual rate works front shocks/ looks wise.  its pretty hard to upgrade an lt250r. gotta be carefull buying parts. 

stock axle is good/ but needs chrome
stock rad is light and i bit more rock proof compared to aluminum rads.

works drs shocks and the entry level cast durablue hubs and a dynoport exhaust is probly the best setup fora 1000 bucks!
