What your seeing there is the factory camber.  Both the 250's and 500's have positive camber.  So the tires lean out at the top of the tire.  Kind of like this from the front \   /.  You want to perform the camber mod that pushes the bottom ball joint out more changing the camber to negative or something that looks like   /     \.  I would not go over 4-5 degrees of negative camber.

FYI... the 250 and 500 have similar mods you can do to both.   Spend some time reading thru the different forums on this site and you can update the handling of your quad (Camber mod, Bump-Steer or Toe mod) so it is closer to today's modern quads.
