« on: January 03, 2014, 05:33:20 pm »
WHATS UP MOTHER TRUCKERS my name is zach back in the suzuki game after the whole mhr bullshit and getting lyme disease finally!! SO anyways lets get back to the super zuki i started tearing her down december 13.2012! so a whole year has passed and im looking to have her done by summer. its already a year old frame up rebuild i aint rushing guys, im taking my time i bought a new powder coating setup for all the parts. Unfortunately it aint big enough to throw my frame in it so im probably gonna do that with a gun which ant no biggie! Im replacing all bearing on the chassis last owner of this quad was a butt face installed bearing dry or installed them wrong! I had my whole top end at mhr for a 310 big bore stroker engine but that didnt go as planned took me a month or two to get it back. anyways bottom engine is totally new ready to go all rebuilt crank and tranny all new bearing and seals! when i got sick i put her in a rubber made container filled it full of oil and she soaked in a cocoon! i pulled her out a couple weeks ago and she nice and smooth ready to go. I need to rebuild my top end and want to do the rm bearing mod and the thrust washer mod! I would like to get me a set of camber shims as well! and try out that bum steer mod as well. As you guys can tell im super excited to get on the suzuki game again and start wrenching ! drinks on my y'all!  D?

wow, that was one dirty bike, looks like you didn't have to worry about rust on it with all that oil all over it. lol
and what the heck was that spring on there for, the one that put the marks on your cylinder.

yeah she was dirty when i bought her guy didn't even have the decency to clean it for me. That spring which made the huge gashes on my cylinder which i hate was to keep the exhaust from flopping around since i only have 1 stud for the exhaust. This guy was a jack ass and i over payed i purchased this quad for 1100 bucks.

Thanks man got most of the frame to bare metal ready to turn on my oil furnace and start painting! gunna be doing 4 coat of primer and 4 coats of paint but wait for each individual layer to dry so i can get the best results then going with a nice clear coat for a shiny end result. I am most likley going ith a blue and throw me a friend request on facebook.
