That is Arlan Lehman.  LED is formally know as LRD.  Arlan is a very smart guy and a great engine builder.  He is a big trx250r guy with many national titles won by his engines.  I talked to him a while back about Suzuki pipes and he is all for it and even has the stampings but the jigs were lost when he sold out LRD.  He said cost wise the pipes will be about the same as the trx250r pipes.  He just needs a Suzuki 500 and 250 to mock up a pipe on so he can build jigs.
