Do you guys feel the optional heat shield is necessary or good idea to have? He,s got some pics and pipes for sale on ebay.
Runs good, been a long time since i put it on but i think it was better than the fmf. Although, my wifes stocker with a rusty PT pipe seems to pull it on long wot runs??
Honestly, I have a heat shield on mine and It doesn't keep you pants from melting onto it. Last race, I had some nylon in my riding pants melt onto my nice shiny chrome. Now Im not having any luck getting it off without scratching the finish. Save your $50
