Thanks MotorGeek that is a very thorough answer , i am not sure why it was taken out apparently the guy should not even touch a wrench , multiple bolts were not tightened at all the shift pawl pieces were reinstalled incorrectly the kickstarter spring had no tension put on the it so the kick start would not return, who knows what else ! i am going over the whole thing i have the book for it and a wrench lol ,and some common sense!  thanks again guys!
