DO NOT run the factory washers. You are right about them falling apart. They billet thrush washers sold in the store on this site ARE the way to go. I believe people use a RM250 wrist pin bearing. I don't remember what year though. Need to drill a couple holes on the piston skirt to oil the wristpin and bearing. Squish should be corrected also.
