The bike needs a rebuild its low on compression. It's difficult to jet a bike in that condition, they don't act correctly.  You can't try to read a plug that you have rode on for months and is sooty. It has to be a new plug.
I realize your young, you need to to do a little reading here. The questions your keep asking are all answered. Changing the oil ratio is not the correct way to do it. You need to determine exactly where in the throttle position it is lean only then can you make the correct adjustment.
