Klemm Research pipe jetting?
« on: June 02, 2015, 01:43:24 pm »
Anyone have, or remember, these?  Picked one up for 85-86.  Would like to know a good place to start jetting.  Have a stock TM 34 & stock TM 36.  No other mods (other than billet thrust washers).

***32 and 34mm I found out after checking tonight... My mistake.  Obviously, I will now put the 34 on.  I just have no reference for a starting point. The belly segment is nearly as large as my 500 q pipe, w/o any of the early low-end bends(like OEM, FMF, etc.) the frame is out for powder coating, otherwise I'd just figure it out by trial and error.  These 250s are extremely sensitive regarding jetting.  Hopefully, with some help I can avoid some of the frustration. Any imput would be appreciated!  Thank you.

I just put in:
Pilot 35
Next size up(richer) needle jet
Main 280
