Is this cylinder repairable?

• My 250 had a plug in that hole in the jug. I figured it was a freeze plug.
  
  
  UK Guy, if you wanna get rid of that cylinder after you get a replacement one,,,, I know a shelf where it can look good and at home with some other engine parts. Whatcha say?
