Ok I thought you meant there was no trans oil or it was low my bad. I would start off cleaning the entire carb, adjusting the float height, setting your slide height to 3mm,  then start off with the pilot circuit the air screw on the left side of the carb you can bottom it out then set to 1 1/2 turns out to start off at that's what I do anyway then turn in clockwise once running see if idle drops and it wants to die. Turn back out if it does that I usually set it at the point with the highest idle then back in 1/4 turn, usually for me 1 1/2-2 turns out is the sweet spot . If you have to go out more than 2 turns you need a smaller pilot jet. Then move on to your needle clip position I start on the middle clip run it around see how it feels adjust it to where it runs the best. Main jet you'll have to do plug chops but you can get it close by feel then fine tune with the plug chops. Make sure you use the same premix ratio everytime and use the same octane gas with the same oil otherwise your jetting will be off I run 32:1 with 93 gas and maxima 927. This is just the way I do it I'm sure there's other procedures or I'm forgetting something I'm sure someone else will chime in to correct me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps
