Iceracer - hope you can give me some advice.

I've got a cool head with a 22cc dome (all new) for my 89 250 rebuild

I was interested in the comment I have heard a few time now about the coolheads being too efficient and overcooling the engine

Is this the case with the 250?

Do I need to use a restrictor in the water hose?
