Heeeeelllll to the yea!!! I freaking LOVE those Ryobi's!!  The only thing is the batteries are EXPENSIVE!! But man do they make life a pleasure. Glad you got it all fixed up!!!! Did you triple check the spare actuator real good to make sure that piece of metal wasnt a piece of the internal bearings? There's no way for a thrust washer to get to that unless it blew through the case. And there's no way for a piece of case to get through there to behind it either really..
