Advice for a shifting problem

• the 2 retainer peices im talking about are called pawl lifter and cam guide according to the manuel. and are #5 and #6 in the manuel
  
  when i tighten them down they contact the gearshift cam driven gear (#1) and are to tight to allow it to move.
